System Administrator, Varicent

Cloudflare is looking for a strong leader to join their Finance & Business Operations Organization. They are seeking individuals with 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Project Management, Consulting, or Incentive Compensation Administration.

Skills

Experience with Varicent, Anaplan ICM, Xactly, Calidus or similar ICM tool
Experience with SQL platforms and queries
Clear and concise communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

Support Strategic Direction and Product Vision for Cloudflare’s Commission Tech Stack
Implement leading practice architecture and build techniques
Coordinate managed services resources for execution and implementation
Employ a ‘business-focused’ approach to technical work
Plan and execute appropriate testing for business applications
Build extensive solution/process documentation and enablement infrastructure
Support implementation of appropriate SOX Controls

Education

Preferably a Saas business model background
Experience or understanding of commissions-specific SOX Controls
Familiarity with EC2, S3, and large-scale datasets
