Available Locations: This is a remote-based role that can be based in the United States

About the Role

Cloudflare is looking for a dynamic, creative, and analytical thinker to join our global partner team. The individual has experience amplifying a partner's experience at a global scale.  

As the Principal Partner Engagement & Experience Manager at Cloudflare, you will assume a key position responsible for designing and implementing strategies that will enhance the overall partner experience across both digital and virtual platforms. 

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategies that will energize our partner community to increase their engagement with our tools and resources
  • Own the design and promotion of awareness materials that will advance our partners’ success
  • Amplify Cloudflare’s solutions to the global partner community leveraging digital tools such as social media, webinars and our partner portal
  • Work with partner programs team to help design, build and maintain the partner portal
  • Drive partner loyalty in collaboration with the partner programs team to implement reward programs and conduct satisfaction surveys to gather actionable feedback
  • Act as the voice of our Chief Partner Officer for both internal and external communications
  • Find new and creative ways to virtually engage with our partners to increase awareness
  • Elevate our partners' value internally through customer success stories, winwires and promoting external channel publications via our workplace communication tools
  • Identify partner-facing field readiness content in collaboration with partner marketing, product marketing manager (PMM), and sales enablement teams

Requirements

  • Required 10+ years of proven experience in partner roles (marketing, comms, experience, programs, project management, analytics)
  • Deep understanding of different partner types and their routes to revenue  
  • Good understanding of social and digital marketing channels
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua (or other marketing automation tools)
  • In this highly visible role, you must be comfortable with reporting and communicating campaign efforts and impact across the organization
  • Analytically inclined, exceptional organizational skills, with rigorous attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively, influence managing a wide set of stakeholders in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and stellar presentation skills
