Increase driver experience and revenue through proactive scheduling and planning
Create meaningful relationships with brokerage contacts by negotiating load prices and dedicated lane opportunities
Act as a player/coach, supporting a team of dispatchers through initial training and coaching
Onboard new drivers to the dispatch program, understanding their needs and preferences ensuring a smooth transition to the program
Work hand in hand with Customer Success, Safety, and Operations to ensure drivers are successful
Provide technical advice and guidance to the product team for future tools and needs
3+ years in truckload logistics logistics
2+ years of Carrier Sales or Dispatch experience
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and push projects forward
Clear and confident communication skills
Experience as a team lead or manager
