Club Monaco is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the financial growth and operational integrity of their urban lifestyle brand store in Las Vegas, NV.

Skills

3+ years store management experience
Computer proficiency with MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Word
Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

Deliver continuous performance feedback and training to store management and sales associates
Foster a positive team environment and drive employee engagement
Ensure customer service levels are exceeded and lead productive customer experience segments
Recruit quality high-level management candidates and contribute to long-term growth by developing a store team
Ensure store meets visual merchandising and maintenance standards and lead the store's business planning process
Maximize on-hand inventory and ensure operational integrity & asset protection compliance
