What the role is about

Are you an enthusiastic project manager who makes sure that all creative projects – like campaigns, photoshoots and catalogues - run smoothly, efficiently and within budget. You will coordinate across departments with hosting meetings, manage timelines, optimize workflows, and proactively follow up with team members to keep projects on track. This you will do together with the creative team, which includes two members: a Senior Graphic Designer and a Graphic Designer and Visual Merchandiser, and you will also be part of our Digital Marketing Team (12 FTE). Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the workload within the Creative team, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered efficiently;
• Plan, organize and host meetings, such as Kick-off, Roll-out, and Review meetings;
• Develop and maintain the Campaigns Calendar;
• Assign and delegate campaign launch projects;
• Monitor and report on the Creative team’s budget;
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Creative team and other departments, such as Digital Marketing, Sales, Product Development to provide updates and gather input;
• Manage communication and timeline with external parties, such as production agencies and product photographers.

• Bachelor/master’s degree in Creative Media, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Creative Business or any related field;
• You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role;
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• You are an organized, proactive team player with strong communication and multitasking skills;
• Available for a minimum of 4 days.
