We support our clients by identifying unreachable talent that helps their businesses grow.Our candidates work with us because they know we have the best opportunities available to them and will help them navigate their next career move.We care, we're honest, and we hustle—that's what makes us Clutch.Clutch is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead for an agency client of ours.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and achieve business objectives.• Oversee and improve the end-to-end digital customer journey.• Champion best-in-class customer experience through marketing automation, lead nurturing, and ABM.• Design and execute customer journey mapping to measure marketing ROI.• Manage digital vendor partners and internal resources for content development and technical upgrades.• Develop guidelines and training materials for digital content marketing campaigns.• Stay up-to-date with digital trends and technologies.• Ensure compliance with regulatory, usability, and data privacy standards.Required Skills:• Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies (search, social media, marketing automation, paid advertising).• Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.• Expertise in website development, content management systems, CRM, marketing automation, and social media management software.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Experience leading agile teams and understanding user-centered design methodologies.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing roles within a B2B environment, preferably in BioScience industry.• Proven success in developing and implementing digital strategies.• Adaptability to a multicultural environment and experience leading diverse teams.• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Experience leading and delivering digital engagement capabilities and platforms.• Passion for process improvement and solution identification.Please read: Contact from Clutch employees will always come from the domain @clutchnow.com ONLY and we will always provide a phone number where you can contact us.
