The Opportunity

We are building a diverse and international team with the most innovative professionals in their fields of expertise for each position we open. Our Software Engineering team is based in Brazil and Argentina, and our opportunities are fully remote.

Fullstack mindset

Even if you specialize in either front-end or back-end, we want to ensure that our development is not done in isolation. We strive for all our engineers to think from our customer's perspective, integrating both front-end and back-end seamlessly.

Our main stacks are TypeScript (both back-end and front-end), React, Python, and AWS. We are not looking for an expert in all of these stacks, instead, we appreciate the ones with a background in some of them, and are willing to LEARN \o/

You'll be responsible for:

  • Develop high-quality code: Write clean, efficient, and testable code that’s easy to maintain and debug, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Ensure comprehensive testing: Cover your code with automated tests, perform manual feature testing, and participate in peer code reviews to maintain high standards.

  • Collaborate on infrastructure: Work closely with Infrastructure Engineers to integrate frontend components effectively with the overall system.

  • Drive continuous improvement: Actively contribute to enhancing team processes, share innovative ideas, and keep communication clear and consistent.

  • Mentor and grow: Guide and support team members, provide constructive feedback, and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

  • Embrace continuous learning: Stay current with new concepts and technologies to keep your skills sharp and relevant.

Skillset you will bring

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in startups; fintech experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency in modern technologies: Expertise in one or more technical languages, preferably TypeScript (both back-end and front-end), React, Node.js, Python, and AWS.

  • Proven problem-solving ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to write clean, maintainable code that adheres to best practices.

  • Full-stack understanding: Extensive experience with frontend development and a solid grasp of the Back-to-Front (B2F) vision.

  • Communication and collaboration: Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
