About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with the skills, and ambition to play a critical role in bringing our vision of Credit unions turning into fintechs to life.
The Multi-Product experiences role involves creation of platform building blocks for customer-facing experiences such as onboarding and fraud prevention across a vast surface area as well as internal tool development for our implementation team as we go upmarket. You will be building foundational elements that impact all our products, from lending to account opening, both in digital and branch environments.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will:
Create Foundational Multi-Product Experiences: Lead the creation of core experiences that span lending and account opening, such as KYC, onboarding workflows, and fraud detection. These elements will need to be both universal across the platform and flexible to meet product-specific needs.
Strategize Across a Vast Surface Area: With a broad scope across digital and physical channels, you’ll need to think strategically and holistically, ensuring cohesive customer experiences that align with the company’s mission.
Drive Internal and Customer-Facing Tools: Lead the discovery and development of internal tools to enhance implementation, onboarding, and customer success.

PMs also collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams—Customer Success, Implementation, Legal & Compliance, Sales, and Support—to drive product strategy, innovation, and successful adoption.
The Multi-Product Experiences Team focuses on building product building blocks that power all the new product experiences across loans and deposits for both digital and in-branch channels.
We are a supportive, mission-driven team with a high level of autonomy and a shared commitment to innovation and impact.
What You’ll Do
Within 3 months, you will:
Successfully launch existing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of key features already in progress.
Deeply familiarize yourself with both digital and branch-based credit union experiences, understanding customer needs and business goals.
Establish productive relationships with key stakeholders across Design, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
Develop and present a clear roadmap for foundational customer-facing features and internal tool enhancements, kicking off the execution phase with clear timelines.
Within 6 months, you will:
Deliver strategic features in onboarding and fraud prevention, ensuring they are adaptable across lending and account opening for both digital and branch channels.
Ensure all product teams are aligned, creating a rhythm for shipping coherent, unified product experiences.
Lead discovery sessions with customers to uncover new areas of opportunity and product enhancement, driving innovation on the platform.
Based on what you uncover in discovery, help the implementation team scale, focusing on improving the onboarding process for credit unions as they grow.
Work closely with engineering to establish clear operating principles that enable teams to navigate high ambiguity without sacrificing speed or quality.
Within 9 months, you will:
Partner with engineering leadership to fully transform the team into one that excels in managing ambiguity, speed, and quality. Implement a flexible framework that empowers engineers to ship high-quality products faster, even when faced with uncertainty. Incorporate feedback loops, retrospectives, and continuous improvement into this framework.
What You’ll Bring

4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or a B2B2C environment.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex product areas with a mix of internal tools and customer-facing elements.
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and implementation teams in a B2B environment.
Strong organizational skills and a talent for prioritizing and negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Deep understanding of product development, including engineering, design, analytics, and user research, and an ability to integrate these insights into your strategy.
Passion for fintech and product management, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to delivering value for both consumers and customers.
