Staff Product Manager, Multi-Product Experiences

About the Role

Clutch is on a mission to Transform Credit Unions into Fintechs by combining innovative technology with their community-driven values.

We are looking for a to lead our Multi-Product team, building the platform needed to scale experiences across products. Unlike a typical platform PM, you will interface directly with customers while collaborating with internal teams.

In this role, you’ll own the platform strategy and execution for foundational components like Onboarding, Authentication & Authorization, SSO integrations, and internal tools that support our B2B implementation engineers. You’ll develop building blocks that impact all our products, including Digital Lending, In-Branch Lending, Digital Account Opening, and more.

As the lead on this product, you will:

  • Drive multi-product experiences: Lead the development of universal yet adaptable experiences—such as KYC, authentication, and onboarding workflows—that support lending and account opening across the platform.

  • Think long-term, execute in sequence: Strategically shape the platform's roadmap while working closely with PMs on other products to deliver focused execution plans.

  • Enhance internal tooling: Spearhead the discovery and development of tools that streamline customer implementation and accelerate time to value.

  • Grow into leadership: Demonstrate rapid impact within the first 3-6 months, and you could transition to a Group Product Manager role, extending your influence across additional teams and initiatives.

About the Team

Our team spans the U.S. and LATAM (primarily Brazil), creating a collaborative, diverse, and distributed environment.

Product Management drives our innovation, with PMs, designers, and engineers working closely to build exceptional products. PMs also partner with leadership and teams across Customer Success, Implementation, Legal & Compliance, Sales, and Support to shape strategy and ensure successful adoption.

The Multi-Product team focuses on scaling our platform through core building blocks.

What You'll Do

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Lead in-progress products, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key features.

  • Gain deep insight into digital and branch-based credit union experiences, connecting with customers directly to understand their needs and business goals.

  • Build strong relationships with Design, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to foster collaboration.

  • Define a clear roadmap for foundational capabilities and internal tools, driving execution with precision.

  • Identify bottlenecks within the multi-product engineering team and document actionable insights for balancing speed and quality.

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Launch strategic features that work across lending and account opening for digital and branch channels.

  • Align product teams around a unified rhythm for delivering consistent product experiences.

  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers to uncover new product opportunities and enhancements.

  • Support the implementation team in scaling, improving onboarding for growing credit unions.

  • Collaborate with engineering to establish principles for operating efficiently in high-ambiguity situations.

Within 9 months, you will:

  • Lead multiple product areas subject to hitting it out of the park in the first 3-6 months

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or a B2B2C environment.

  • A proven track record of managing complex product areas that blend internal tools with customer-facing features.

  • Strategic thinking skills to balance immediate execution with a long-term vision.

  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities, excelling at cross-functional work with design, engineering, and implementation in a B2B setting.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a knack for prioritizing and negotiating effectively with stakeholders.

  • Deep product development knowledge—spanning engineering, design, analytics, and user research—and the ability to incorporate these insights into your strategy.

  • A passion for fintech and an entrepreneurial mindset dedicated to delivering value for consumers and customers.
