What you’re applying for
We’re seeking a Claims Experience Advocate to support our claims organization, focusing on Lemonade Car.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Lemonade policyholders, vendors, and claimants to quickly and accurately create, review, and negotiate car damage appraisals. You’ll work diligently to ensure that we thoroughly, accurately, and swiftly investigate and resolve claims, all while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
