Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you’ll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll Do• Develop cost effective geotechnical solutions using proprietary technologies including Rammed Aggregate Pier systems for project teams• Coordinate interaction between GFC Design Center, Licensed Installer and Client to maximum efficient, accuracy, and effectiveness of GFC services and systems.• Responsible for generating sales leads, managing and tracking key projects and communicating project status via monthly reports• Implement engineering/bid strategies to close business and achieve proposals and solutions to meet regional revenue goals• Review project geotechnical and structural information and perform project evaluations to examine technical and commercial feasibility• Prepare proposals and work with estimators to provide project bids for RAP opportunities• Review, sign, and seal project design submittals and field reports and prepare project close-out submittalsWhat You'll Need• Minimum 2 years' experience in a geotechnical/structural engineering field• Minimum 2 years sales experience preferred• Registered professional engineer with active license, in good standing• Ability to quickly evaluate both technical and commercial viability of opportunities to provide value to project teams• Demonstrate ability to create and manage business opportunities resulting in successful engineering and sales strategiesYour Education• Bachelors in Civil Engineering Required• MS in Geotechnical Engineering preferredWe are Commercial Metals Company, a Fortune 500 company with a family feel that’s already part of your life.
