Orchestrate the Future of Healthcare Marketing: Manager, Marketing Automation

CMI Media Group, the industry leader in healthcare marketing, is searching for a strategic and driven Manager, Marketing Automation to lead the charge in crafting innovative, omnichannel campaigns for our life science clients. 
In this role, you will: 
  • Be the Architect: Design and implement sophisticated, automated omnichannel campaigns using CMI Media Group’s proprietary marketing orchestration platform. 
  • Lead the Way: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and creative agencies to develop and execute impactful campaigns that align with client goals and exceed expectations. 
  • Master the Data: Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and champion data-driven decision-making to continuously improve results. 
  • Empower Your Team: Mentor and guide a team of CXM Analysts, fostering their growth and development while cultivating a collaborative and high-performing team environment. 
Your Expertise: 
  • 5-7 years of experience working with marketing automation, marketing data management, CRM, or similar MarTech platforms. 
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. 
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills. 
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare marketing. 
Bonus Points: 
  • Experience in pharma marketing or at a media agency. 
  • Familiarity with DOMO or similar business intelligence platforms. 
  • Expertise with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Hubspot.
