CNC Operator/Machinist

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician-(Wiresaw Operator)

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

Main responsibilities include but not limited to equipment set up, 1st step troubleshooting of equipment, understanding of quality data graphics for quality monitoring, escalation of quality and equipment deficiencies, proper documentation according to company guidelines, lite assembly for production, able to follow company operating manufacturing standards for equipment and manufacturing production

• Basic communication skill both verbal and written to report/document data results.
• Safety oriented mindset and able to meet delivery goals in a timely manner.
• Equipment set up for production in accordance to specified settings.
• Monitoring product quality using data graphics attach to the manufacturing process.
• Escalate abnormalities with equipment quality and production flow.
• Maintain workstation in an orderly state following the 5S protocol.
• Suggest improvements to current processes and work instructions
• From detailed instructions, set up equipment for material recovery when applicable (rework)
• Maintain accurate records of the work performed as required for companys quality policy
• May be required to work with engineering personnel for process development and improvement.
• Assist with product recovery when not operating assigned equipment.
• Assist with tool cleaning when equipment is in idle state
• Comply with daily delivery goals
• Complies with all EHS and Quality procedures and policies

Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma in manufacturing fields
• Certificate on CNC set up and operations
• High school diploma with 2 years of experience in CNC operations
• Manufacturing experience - 2 to 3 years
• Able to communicate in English both verbal and Writing
