The job:

We seek a proactive and flexible Property Manager to join our team. This role will require frequent travel between properties in the greater Los Angeles area, assisting with inspections, tenant management, move-ins/move-outs, and more. Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct property inspections, including move-ins and move-outs 

• Manage showings and assist with tenant relations 

• Coordinate work orders and follow up on service requests 

• Assist with market research and property evaluations 

• Act as the eyes and ears of the Senior Property Manager, ensuring smooth operations 

• Upload photos, manage admin tasks, and provide support to the team 

• Drive between properties as needed

Essential Skills: 

• Strong customer service skills and experience resolving tenant concerns 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills 

• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions based on Standard Operating Procedures
• Positive attitude and desire to provide top-tier service to tenants 
• Ability to manage time effectively, juggling multiple properties and priorities 

• California Real Estate License
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel regularly across Los Angeles
• Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, OneSite, or similar) 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) 

• 40 hours schedule
• Salary rate of $30h
