Coating Worker

A Coater job in Sacramento, CA, is available at Milgard Windows and Doors (MITER Brands™). In this role, you will have a minimum of one to two years of experience as a painter at a high-volume organization; manufacturing is preferred. On-the-job training with growth opportunities is available. MITER Brands also known as Milgard and MI Windows & Doors, is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. The compensation range is $21.25 to 22.25, depending on experience.

Coater job responsibilities include:

• Masking and prepping
• Disassemble windows and door units up to 100 lbs.
• Scrapping and reassembling
• Package windows and doors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one to two years of painting experience
• Lift up to 100lbs (team lift)
• Ability to multi-task and effectively motivate team members and others with diverse backgrounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
