We'd love to work with you.đŞđ˝ What will you do?We're empowering the most innovative employers nationwide, including Carta and Benchling. Our revenue team today includes our sales, customer success, marketing, and partnerships teams and is rapidly scaling with strong inbound demand.As a partner manager, you will own the relationship, lay the foundation, and establish the strategy for one of Cocoonâs most strategic partners, ADP. In this role, you will develop key relationships with ADP and collaborate with Cocoon teams to drive long term revenue opportunities from this important channel.Your mission is to exponentially grow Cocoonâs top of funnel by:⢠Mapping, testing, and validating a comprehensive lead generation playbook to ensure a steady flow of leads from ADP major accounts business unit.⢠Developing and executing strategies to drive pipeline growth, including collaborating with the Marketing team to develop campaigns and assets that enable ADP to refer clients effectively.⢠Representing Cocoon externally to the ADP major accounts business unit, building a network of relationships across regional offices, and turning key influencers into Cocoon advocates at regional and national levels.⢠Testing partnership incentives, including incentive programs and revenue shares, to drive lead generation and introductions to Cocoon, and rolling out successful programs to target partners.⢠Coordinating with cross-functional teams and leadership across Cocoon to ensure channel success by sharing product feedback, addressing partnership needs, and identifying joint marketing opportunities.⢠Collaborating closely with the Cocoon sales team to assess lead quality and support deals through the funnel.⢠Analyzing and sharing campaign insights to refine future strategies and inform revenue OKRs.âĄď¸ You'd be a great fit if you are:⢠> 5 years of experience building and managing a BD/channel partner program⢠Experienced in developing and driving lead gen programs at scale - with a deep understanding and ability to execute on the sales motions involved⢠2+ years Series A-C startup experience and some experience working with or for larger/more traditional company⢠Superb verbal & written communicator - Speak, write, and present clearly & concisely, even when communicating complex concepts such as insurance and employment law⢠Relationship builder - Ability to nurture relationships with key influencers as part of winning partnerships⢠Playbook builder - Can build a playbook for unlocking a key channel for Cocoon, document it, and hire and coach others on how to do it⢠Moves with urgency, focus, and persistence - Able to develop, track, & systematically nurture a high volume of relationships⢠Scrappy & highly flexible - Know how to leverage the broader team as well as navigate changing priorities and market conditions to get things done⢠Structured thinker / strategizer - Is able to zoom out to understand the market landscape to determine Cocoonâs long-term strategy and bring leaders across the company along with that visionđ Some benefits you can expect as a part of the Cocoon team⢠Competitive salary and equity⢠Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage⢠Unlimited vacation and sick time⢠Professional development budget and commuter benefits⢠Office setup and wellness stipends⢠6-8 weeks of disability leave for birthing parents and 12 weeks of bonding for birthing and non-birthing⢠4 weeks of flexible, paid compassionate leave⢠Flexible work schedule⢠Daily in-office lunchesThe salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 OTE to be determined through our interview process.At Cocoon, we believe that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) serve as the foundation for a successful team, product, and community.
