Technical Recruiter
Codal is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Recruiter to join their innovative and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, building recruitment strategies, managing candidate experience, and more.
Skills
- Experience in recruiting for a high-growth tech startup
- Successful history of staffing positions in Software Development Lifecycle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience hiring diverse technical talent
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates
- Experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other social media
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting for critical, hard-to-fill positions
- Partner with senior management to develop recruitment strategies
- Conduct business partner meetings
- Handle offer process and negotiations
- Build a pipeline of diverse candidates
- Initiate contact with potential qualified talent
- Manage applicant tracking system data
