About the role

• Creatively source and engage talent, both from industry and university.

• Continuously hone your pitch and understanding of what motivates candidates and of why Codeium could be the best place for them to grow and have an impact

• Work with hiring managers and the recruiting team to guide candidates through the pipeline

• Find opportunities to increase the leverage of the function by working with engineers on process automation, without compromising the candidate experience

• Effectively screen and qualify candidates before they enter the interview process

About you

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional technical talent

• Attention to detail and strong organization skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in person 5 days a week at HQ in Mountain View, CA (accessible by Caltrain)

• Successful track record of sourcing at a fast-paced startup is a plus

• Experience with ATS software is a plus
