As a Sales Executive at Task Electric, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our commercial electrical contracting services. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at expanding our client base, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the effective delivery of our services. Below is a detailed outline of your roles and responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and target potential clients in the commercial sector.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their electrical contracting requirements.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop and present detailed project proposals, including pricing and timelines.


Account Management
  • Customer Service:
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and problem resolution.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.


Strategic Planning and Reporting
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project statuses.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Goal Setting:
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed these targets.


Collaboration and Teamwork
  • Interdepartmental Coordination:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.

  • Mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
