Office Manager

The Office Manager is a key player for our client, responsible for various tasks that keep our office running smoothly and our team supported. This role is a blend of HR duties, administrative tasks, sales support, and training coordination. It requires someone who's super organized, a great communicator, and a real team player.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • HR and Onboarding: Manage the hiring process, from reviewing applications to onboarding new employees. This includes background checks, paperwork, software setup, and coordinating initial training.
  • Office Management: Keep the office organized and efficient. Handle office supplies, equipment, and coordinate IT or printer services.
  • Sales and Marketing Support: Assist with sales tasks like invoicing and collections, and support marketing efforts by managing email blasts and online leads.
  • Training and Performance Management: Help with employee training and assist in the performance review process.
  • Other Responsibilities: Communicate with insurance companies, schedule appointments for the owner, manage inventory, and prepare reports


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Experience in office management, HR, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Knowledge of the pest control industry is a plus.
