Pros

Nice, hardworking and dedicated people, Important life saving product.

Cons

Complete disconnect between senior management and low level operators. Toxic culture of "cloak and dagger". Employees walk on eggshells, afraid to antagonise managers. Money thrown out the window for rebranding, resurfacing parking lot, celebrate anniversary, useless training department, but no budget to hire people for understaffed departments. Everything is paper based. There are computerised systems, but they are implemented so badly that even if they work, you still need to rely on paper copies. Decisions made by senior management are prone to arbitrary changes which will not be communicated until 5 minutes before they get changed again.
