Project Coordinator

Join our winning team! TruVista LLC is a new home exterior improvement company with an experienced team located in Milwaukee. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking a passionate and dedicated home remodeling specialist to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will strive to provide the best customer experience from the point of first contact through capturing critical information, generating excitement about the project, and securing appointments.

• Providing excellent customer satisfaction by working closely with the sales team, order fulfilment team and 3rd parties to ensure a seamless installation experience for the customer.
• Evaluating and transcribing sales contract into materials requirements and producing requisition requests.  Creating/owning the job packet for every install.
• Coordinating with sales and other departments to ensure that project deadlines are met.  Identify and address issues as they arise.  Facilitate change orders as they arise.
• Create labor bills prior to installation and manage install calendars and confirm appointments
• Confirming and follow up on material deliveries and PO accuracy.
• Follow up contact via phone, text or email to confirm appointment and advise of any changes.
• Obtain customer acceptance of project with help of Manager as needed.
• Oversee and coordinate any service-related issues with Manager.
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing documents and materials.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years computer experience required.  Strong preference given to those with extensive CRM/ERP experience (eg Service Titan).
• Minimum of 2 years project administration/customer service experience in the home improvement/home remodeling industry required.
• Maintain accurate record keeping of documents, status and communications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills – able to work in a fast paced environment with high volume and multiple deadlines.
• Positive, can do attitude and a willingness to learn.
