Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Data Architect with 18 to 20 years of expertise in PL/SQL DBMS & SQL Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Store Operations and Merchandising. This role involves analyzing complex data sets to drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.Responsibilities• Lead the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decisions.• Oversee the development and maintenance of PL/SQL scripts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.• Provide detailed reports and dashboards using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to track performance metrics.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.• Implement data-driven solutions to optimize store operations and merchandising strategies.• Conduct regular audits of database systems to ensure optimal performance and security.• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data analysis processes and methodologies.• Train and mentor junior analysts to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data management and analysis.• Utilize advanced SQL techniques to extract manipulate and analyze large data sets.• Provide actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making processes.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.Qualifications• Possess extensive experience in PL/SQL DBMS & SQL Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.• Demonstrate a strong understanding of store operations and merchandising.• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Showcase the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.• Display proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.• Have a proven track record of implementing data-driven solutions.• Show capability in training and mentoring junior team members.Certifications RequiredCertified Data Analyst Google Analytics Certification Adobe Analytics Certification
