We offer the most comprehensive digital engineering expertise and client-centric methodology for sustainable innovation.Location: Denver, CO• *Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)**Roles and Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet the quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements.• Apply agile and scrum methodologies and best practices to facilitate the delivery process, and act as a scrum master for the development teams.• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, partners, and senior management, to provide regular status updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues and risks.• Oversee the delivery lifecycle, from development to testing to production, ensuring that the deliverables are aligned with the business objectives and meet the quality standards.• Manage the dependencies, interdependencies, and integration points among the projects, and ensure that they are properly identified, tracked, and resolved.• Ensure that the billing and mobile services are delivered in accordance with the contractual agreements, and monitor and report on the financial performance and profitability of the projects.• Manage the front end development team, and provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to improve their skills and performance.• Manage the scope of the projects, and handle any changes or deviations from the original plan, ensuring that they are properly documented, approved, and communicated.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.• At least 10 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in the IT or telecom industry.• Proven experience in applying agile and scrum methodologies and tools, and certification as a scrum master is a plus.• Strong knowledge and experience in delivery management, including development, testing, deployment, and support processes and tools.• Experience in managing billing and mobile services projects, and familiarity with the relevant standards and regulations.• Experience in managing front end development teams, and proficiency in web technologies and frameworks.• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Applications will be accepted until 9/07/2023The annual salary for this position is between $102,600 – $162,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:• Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off• 401(k) plan and contributions• Long-term/Short-term Disability• Paid Parental Leave• Employee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer: Benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
