Lead .NET Full Stack EngineerWe are seeking a Lead .NET Full Stack Engineer with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework. Additionally experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is essential. Java Spring boot Microservices.· Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery of robust applications.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning.· Implement best practices for coding testing and deployment to ensure high performance and scalability.· Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to industry standards.· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless user experience.· Design and implement database schemas stored procedures and queries to optimize data retrieval and storage.· Utilize Azure services to build scalable and secure cloud-based applications.· Develop and maintain front-end components using JavaScript ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces.· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards particularly in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims domain.· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.· Continuously monitor and improve application performance implementing necessary updates and optimizations.Qualifications:· Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.· Demonstrate extensive experience with SQL Server C# SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework.· Have a strong understanding of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.· Show proficiency in designing and implementing database schemas and queries.Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in US without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureApplications will be accepted until 8/27/2023The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:• Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance• Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off• 401(k) plan and contributions• Long-term/Short-term Disability• Paid Parental Leave• Employee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
