We have been ranked #1 for Market Impact by Everest Group for four times in a row and ranked #1 for completeness of vision, test advisory and Digital Business Assurance in Gartner Magic Quadrant.Title: Sr. Test Analyst with SNOWLocation: RemoteQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related fieldsRoles and Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive testing of web applications to ensure functionality performance and security.• Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts based on project requirements.• Utilize testing tools and frameworks to automate test processes and improve efficiency.• Monitor and report on test metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.• Collaborate with development teams to identify document and resolve defects.• Execute manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA) tests to validate system workflows.• Use ServiceNow (SNOW) for tracking and managing incidents and changes related to testing.• Employ Rally HP ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking.• Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.• Participate in test planning and review meetings to ensure comprehensive test coverage.• Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users and stakeholders.• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.Must have:• Possess strong technical skills in Web App testing Test Metrics and Reporting and Testing Tools and Frameworks.• Demonstrate proficiency in manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA) testing.• Have experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) Rally HP ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking.• Exhibit basic programming skills to support test automation and scripting.• Nice to have domain experience in Pre-Adjudication EDI (Payer) and Payer.• Show excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Display strong communication and collaboration skills.• Be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Be adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.Good to have: Nice to have domain experience in Pre-Adjudication EDI (Payer) and Payer.Work Authorization:Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)Applications will be accepted until 930/2024Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $45,000 - $75,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidateBenefits:Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:• Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance• Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off• 401(k) plan and contributions• Long-term/Short-term Disability• Paid Parental Leave• Employee Stock Purchase PlanCognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
