We offer the most comprehensive digital engineering expertise and client-centric methodology for sustainable innovation.Job Location: San Francisco, CAProduct Manager responsibilities• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects within the Telecom domain.• Oversee the delivery of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements.• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.• Ensure all projects adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.• Manage project budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.• Develop and implement best practices for project management within the organization.• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams.• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet their needs.• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project delivery.• Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support proposal development.• Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities.• Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.Required Qualifications• Possess extensive experience in Customer Service Management within the Telecom domain.• Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Delivery Management.• Have a strong background in Commercial Project Management.• Exhibit excellent strategic planning and execution skills.• Show proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.• Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.• Display strong risk management and mitigation skills.Certifications Required· PMP Salesforce Certified Program Manager ITIL CertificationBenefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:• Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance• Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off• 401(k) plan and contributions• Long-term/Short-term Disability• Paid Parental Leave• Employee Stock Purchase PlanApplications will be accepted until 9/27/2024.The Salary rate for this position is between $115,000 – 190K, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Disclaimer: The salary rate, other compensation, and benefits information are accurate as of the date of this posting.
