We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Angular 2 - 8 Spring Boot Microservices Node js Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to the overall success of our company.Responsibilities:• Lead the design and development of complex software applications using Angular 2• 8 Spring Boot and Microservices.• Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration with other systems.• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative team environment.• Develop and maintain high-quality code using Core Java and PL/SQL adhering to best practices and coding standards.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build test and deployment processes.• Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications by conducting thorough testing and optimization.• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes tools and methodologies.• Participate in project planning and estimation providing accurate and realistic timelines for deliverables.• Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.Must Have Skills:• Possess a strong understanding of Angular 2• 8 Spring Boot and Microservices with hands-on experience in developing complex applications.• Demonstrate proficiency in REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL with a proven track record of delivering high-quality code.• Have experience with Node js and Spring Core with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.Cognizant is a leading provider of Information Technology, Consulting, IT Infrastructure, and Business Process Outsourcing services.
