Data Architect

Cohere Health is a fast-growing clinical intelligence company seeking a Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of data architecture, ensuring data governance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.

Skills

Expertise in SQL and data modeling
Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data quality frameworks
Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA
Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data warehouse and governance policies
Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data architecture standards and best practices
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data sources and systems
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and management teams

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
