We’re stronger together, and you’re a person who embraces being pushed out of your comfort zone.The company are looking for an exceptional individual to join their legal operations team as Legal Operations Coordinator for Vendor & Spend Management. You will be an active contributor to the legal operations team by embracing the values of company to ensure that the Trust & Risk department is set up operationally to succeed through close coordination across all teams and standardized processes for efficient execution.What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):• Work closely with the Legal Operations Manager to support expense management and budgets for the Legal, Policy, and Compliance departments.• Administer and maintain legal e-billing system, law firm billing guidelines, law firm engagement letter review, and conflicts of interest; perform day-to-day tasks regarding the same.• Manage processes related to vendor/contractor onboarding. Communicate with vendors, law firms, and the Finance team related to invoicing and accruals.• Build and maintain tools for budget planning, tracking spending, and periodic and adhoc reporting.• Respond to routine inquiries and provide training/support to stakeholders on business processes and use of systems as it relates to vendor management and e-billing.What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience at a comparable in-house practice and with exposure to high growth technology companies.• Vendor, specifically law firm, management and e-billing experience.• Familiarity with Onit or other comparable legal e-billing systems.• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including both oral and written.• Willingness to roll up sleeves (no job too big, no job too small).Nice to haves:• Familiarity with Zip, Coupa, Ironclad or other CLM, Asana, Adobe Pro, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Slack.• Exposure to high growth technology companiesPay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below.
