The Enterprise Systems and Tech Ops (ESTO) Team acts as a catalyst for Coinbase by using best-in-class, 3rd-party, enterprise applications; purpose-built software; automation; and integrated workflows – all of which free associates’ minds and time to focus on high-judgment tasks. The Strategy and Planning team drives metrics, analytics pipe-lines, continuous process improvement, and a variety of key organizational mechanisms as well as the organization's PMO, owning some of the most important cross-functional programs of the organization. What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties) • Working with Director+ stakeholders to understand process gaps and areas of opportunities for EAA improvement and designing/improving processes and mechanisms to address • Shepherding EAA QBRs and goal-setting exercises, driving alignment and quality artifacts across the organization • Leading the execution of special projects designed to close EAA gaps and improve EAA interactions with other Coinbase business units • Ensuring ESTO’s contribution to M&A is timely, efficient, and correct • Owning the ESTO Budget Management • Owning the EAA Contractor Management • Driving QBR Process • Driving Annual and Quarterly OKR process • Owning ESTO-wide Signal Lights processes • Continuous process improvement and project execution through a PMO • ESTO Metrics • Agile maturity • Audit, Compliance, Risk Requests • Cross functional ESTO Security Relationship & Projects • Rolling intake • HR/Recruiting DRI • Offsites DRI • Cross functional ESTO Security Relationship & Projects What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements) • 5+ years experience in PM, TPM or related disciplines and 10+ professional experience • 5 + years as a people manager • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven experience improving organizations through process and mechanism design • Past ownership of VP level communications and mechanisms Nice To Haves • Experience with one or more of Legal, M&A, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service domains • Both large and small company experience ID: P60218 Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
