We're here to help Americans manage their debt and give them the tools to succeed. We work closely with borrowers to help triage their financial situation, increase their credit score, and automatically negotiate their outstanding debts. Additionally, you will play an instrumental role in refining lead generation procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and promoting synergy between the SDR team and the sales department to facilitate the seamless transfer of qualified leads. We're seeking someone who deeply understands the challenges with prospecting, and can effectively develop strategies and solutions to allow the team to flourish and achieve their maximum potential.Responsibilities:• Set the strategy and drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new client opportunities, both individually and with the SDR team.• Support the team in exceeding KPI performance metrics, such as call quotas and scheduled meetings with new clients.• Oversee our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure the team maintains accurate records of prospect interactions, tracks progress, and prioritizes follow-up activities.• Actively provide coaching to SDRs on sales techniques and best practices.• Spearhead the development of new initiatives, collateral, and resources to enhance the team's growth and effectiveness.• Collaborate with other sales leaders to ensure alignment and optimize the team's impact.• Work closely with Sales Enablement and Sales Strategy teams to identify and access leads for the SDR team.What You'll Need:• 3+ years of BDR/SDR experience.• Strong inherent team management skills, and the ability to ensure maximum productivity and performance across contributors.• Demonstrated expertise in sales, showcasing a history of successfully selling fundamental infrastructure solutions to financial institutions throughout the debt lifecycle.• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating confidence in engaging with prospects and establishing rapport.• Exceptional organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, enabling efficient management of multiple priorities and deadlines.• Tenacious appetite for success and the ability to instill that within the broader SDR team.Nice-to-Haves:• Experience with scaling an enterprise or software company.• Experience in consumer and personal finance, especially at a startup.Other criteria and cultural fitness:• Passion for Clerkie's mission of empowering everyday families to manage their finances and get out of debt.• Committed to being a part of something bigger than yourself.• Excitement for being part of a small team and self-driven in a fast-paced environment.Salary: $60k - $90k (+ equity / bonus)Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or bonus are dependent on the position offered.
