We’re looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our IT Operations Corporate Engineering team, focusing on building and scaling our identity and access management tooling. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to innovation and making significant contributions to the future of finance and Web3.Skills• 5+ years of experience in corporate IAM systems• Expertise with cloud identity providers (Okta, Duo, Google Workspace, Azure AD, Ping Identity)• Experience with security tooling (SSO, MFA, PKI, RBAC, etc.)• Proficiency in modern open source tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes)• Fluency in a programming language (Golang, Python, Ruby, etc.)• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills under pressureResponsibilities• Design, implement, and maintain secure system architectures• Provide IAM and DevOps tooling expertise to IT, Security, and Engineering teams• Mentor team members and develop their skills• Own and maintain documentation for system lifecycles• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for production deployments• Facilitate incident response and conduct root cause analysis• Define metrics and improve monitoring across IAM systemsQualifications• Proven experience in building and maintaining corporate IAM systems• Strong background in security tooling and practices• Experience with cloud identity providers and open source tools• Excellent communication skills and a self-starter mentalityEducation Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldEducation Requirements Credential Category• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience Requirements• At least 5 years of relevant experience in site reliability engineering or a similar field• Experience in rapidly growing and security-focused environmentsWhy work in Remote, USAWorking remotely provides you with the flexibility to maintain a work-life balance while being part of a global team.
