Successfully complete our 12-week Associate Training Academy
Conduct industry research to recruit experts for client projects
Vet existing consultants for industry-specific projects
Provide exemplary service to clients
Communicate with industry professionals to expand Coleman's network
Work with management to prioritize and fulfill projects
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
