Position Overview:

The primary role of this position is to assist and support faculty and students of the assigned institution throughout the semester or contract duration. Responsibilities include creating user accounts, enrolling faculty, and student cohorts for the assigned institution, and providing clear, detailed instructions to customers. Prompt troubleshooting and resolution of any issues that arise are essential. The representative is responsible for managing daily calls and emails within 24 hours, along with other assigned tasks.


What You'll Do
  • Customer support with students and faculty via emails and phone call.
  • Checking University department voicemail and distribute accordingly.
  • Assists with projects such as, testing out new university products.
  • Group Manager to 10-20 Universities per semester which includes up to 20-30 cohorts.
  • Sales Orders/Invoices.
  • Scheduling and emailing access to students.
  • Pulls students’ scores for reporting to faculty.
  • Guide students and faculty with current LMS
  • Helps students with technical issues and reports to management.
  • Assists with content related questions when faculty needs clarity.
  • Organizes university folders Course details, quiz/exam reports, notes, emails sent.
  • Assists other team members when help is needed.

  • A professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Comfortability in Microsoft Word and Excel
