What You'll Do
  • Greet and welcome all guests, including students and visitors. Assist students with scheduling classes and testing appointments. Check students in for testing and classes efficiently.
  • Address all in-person student inquiries regarding classes, testing procedures, and site-related queries promptly. Handle virtual student inquiries via chat support or phone support in a timely manner. Ensure comprehensive understanding of state testing requirements to address student questions effectively.
  • Manage online chat traffic, providing assistance and support to students as needed.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of student information into the RealEd system. Maintain updated and precise records of students and classes, including proactively soliciting students for updated contact info, using ID's to make sure names match before students pass test, and reconciling duplicate accounts.
  • Assist the Site Manager in confirming class schedules with instructors. Aid in attendance documentation and inventory counting. Assisting Site Manager with proactively looking for opportunities to increase enrollment, such as checking room capacity and providing options.
  • Initiate campaigns to surprise and delight students, creating a memorable experience and capturing these moments
  •  for our marketing team.
  • Assist instructors in preparing classroom materials and providing technology support when necessary. Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of classrooms, testing rooms, and the overall facility. Ensure the facility is well-maintained and presentable at all times.
  • Provide friendly, supportive, and encouraging service to students throughout their interactions with the school. Team
  • Engage with your co-workers and other Colibri staff during meetings and events.
  • Undertake any other duties and special projects as assigned by the management.


What You'll Need to Succeed
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience with customer facing roles required. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic experience with using CRM software preferred.  
  • Excellent customer service skills, including a pleasant demeanor and tactfulness.
  • Ability to multi-task and practice critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements: The ability to lift boxes up to 40 pounds, sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The ability to set up, break down, and move tables and chairs for event
