Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Event Coordinator to manage and elevate our event strategies across our real estate brands. This role is crucial in supporting our locally dominant brands' growth through strategic event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management, a passion for innovation, and the ability to scale event operations. 


What You'll Do
  • B2C and B2B Event Management 
  • Plan and execute local events including information seminars, career fairs, broker events, job fairs, local sponsorships, and community events 
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize attendance and engagement at these events 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling onsite event collateral and materials. 
  • Manage Colibri brand’s presence at state realtor conferences in key markets. 
  • Coordinate participation in national conferences such as National Association of Realtors, RISMedia, and applicable national broker events. 
  • Ensure effective promotion of our pre-licensing, post-licensing, CE programs, and broker licensing offerings at these events. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution 
  • Event Innovation 
  • Develop and implement an "Event in a Box" concept to support sales teams in scaling their event capabilities; Create on-demand fulfillment processes and provide hands-on support for marketing, product and sales teams utilizing the program. 
  • Continuously seek innovative ways to uplevel event experiences and efficiencies in key markets. 
 Vendor and Stakeholder Management 
  • Negotiate with venues, suppliers, and vendors to ensure cost-effective event execution 
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams 
  • Lead Capture and Conversion: 
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design event strategies that maximize lead capture opportunities 
  • Implement effective lead capture and lead qualification methods at all events, both in-person and virtual 
  • Develop follow-up strategies to nurture leads generated from events 
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and ROI for each event 
  • Continuously optimize lead capture tactics based on data-driven insights 
Budgeting and Reporting: 
  • Manage event budgets and track ROI for all events 
  • Provide regular reports on event performance and attendee feedback 
  • Analyze event data to inform future strategies and improvements


What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field 
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the real estate or professional education sector 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing small- to large-scale events and conferences 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools 
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus 
  • Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally for event execution (approximately 15% travel). 
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events as needed.
