Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing and building web and mobile experiences. Strong portfolio demonstrating an outcome-focused, well-defined design process. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. Conversational knowledge of basic web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience working in Agile environments. Proven expertise in generative research and creating solutions driven by strategic insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience designing inclusive, accessible experiences that comply with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the financial industry. Experience working with integrated content management solutions. Strong team player with exceptional empathy and a positive attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
