Collective Retreats is a certified B Corp hospitality company seeking a passionate Event Coordinator to manage and execute luxury events at our unique retreats.

Skills

Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask
Experience in luxury hospitality
Proficiency in Google Office Suites and Toast POS
Problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

Assist in managing event operations
Collaborate with the General Manager on event concepts
Ensure all event setups meet brand standards
Handle special guest requests and complaints
Manage employee payroll and attendance

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in hospitality management is a plus
