Experience
One to three years of similar or related experience; knowledge of credit union collection policies and procedures preferred

Intermediate to skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Managerial Responsibility
Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities

Must have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions in written and oral form.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to perform mathematical calculations. Ability to communicate effectively. Must be detailed oriented, self-motivated, have excellent follow through and the ability to multi-task.
