Brand Protection Specialist

Collectors is seeking an experienced Brand Protection Specialist to help combat fraudulent activity in the collectibles market and safeguard the reputation of the company's various brands. The ideal candidate will have expertise in intellectual property enforcement, investigations, and brand protection strategies.

Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce trademark and copyright laws
Investigate counterfeit products and fraudulent activities
Collaborate with legal teams and external partners
Develop and deliver brand protection training
Support internal efforts for product authenticity

Education

BA/BS degree or equivalent
Brand Protection Professional Certification (BPPC) a plus
