Continuous Improvement Lead (Operations)

Collectors, a leading creator of innovative technology, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to spearhead operational improvement efforts by setting up and documenting new operational procedures. The role involves partnering with teams, serving as an operational liaison, and reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager.

Responsibilities

Define clear project plans for new process implementations
Delegate tasks and create timelines for project completion
Facilitate continuous improvement events using Lean Six Sigma tools
Identify system functionality gaps and work with product management
Coordinate team to deliver outstanding service to contributors and internal customers
Develop and monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback
Ensure open communication with team members and stakeholders
Champion company policies including safety, attendance, and security
