Continuous Improvement Lead Specialist (Operations)
Collectors is looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to spearhead operational improvement efforts and lead the setup and documentation of new operational procedures for all sites. The candidate will partner with teams across all operational functions and serve as an operational liaison for departments and vendors.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent data analysis abilities
- Management experience preferred
- Thorough understanding of process enhancement strategies
- Attention to detail and strategic thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about developing teammates' skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Monday.com
Responsibilities
- Defining clear project plans for new process implementations
- Facilitating continuous improvement events using Lean Six Sigma tools
- Identifying gaps in system functionality and coordinating enhancements
- Coordinating team members to ensure outstanding service delivery
- Developing and monitoring team performance
- Leading by example and enforcing company policies
