Responsibilities

Provide timely responses to customer inquiries over the phone
Resolve concerns received through written correspondence, email, and social media
Inform customers about company services and promotions
Sell and place orders for memberships and supplies
Research and resolve customer complaints
Participate in outbound call campaigns to retain customers
Attend trade shows as a company representative

Education

Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
2+ years customer service experience preferred
