Essential Job Functions

• Assists students with scheduling appropriate courses
• Reviews students' records to determine if students have completed all degree requirements in order to achieve their degree
• Processes various academic services records, including transcripts, enrollment verifications, experiential education assignments, grade changes and other pertinent records (e.g. VA Benefits)
• Runs end-user reports to facilitate department functions
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or a combination of education/certification(s) and/or experience suitable for the position
• Experience working in clerical or in other related work
