Collision Center Office Writer

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Collision Center Office Advisor. Located at Napleton Wyoming Valley Collision Center, the Office Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers, vendors, as well as internal management and accounting teams. You will play an active role in the Collision Center by providing accurate accounting and timely communication throughout the collision repair process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and insurance companies to ensure we provide quality repairs completed within a reasonable timeframe
  • Write repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates
  • Provide exceptional and timely communication-keeping customers updated throughout the process
  • Communicate frequently with management and the accounting office to ensure work is being done accurately
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers
  • Utilize the provided tools and procedures in place as required

Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Tech Savvy- able to learn and utilize technology
  • Previous automotive cashiering or advising experience is a plus but not required
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
