The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado.
The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance needs of the property, including unit turns for supportive housing and transitional housing units, manage day-to-day activity of construction projects, and that may provide support to other CCH properties as needed.
This position will also be responsible for upholding excellent standards of safety, security, customer service, and housing quality and must be willing to work flexible hours / days / weekends / locations.
This position is located at 200 W 48th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80216 and reports to the Regional Property Manager.

Essential Job Functions
• Oversees the day-to-day maintenance needs of the property, including unit turns for supportive housing and transitional housing units.
• Responsible for evaluating and implementing ongoing and preventative maintenance and security needs of the entire building to ensure quality standards that meet the needs of residents and staff, with budgetary review by the property manager or regional director.
• Conducts health and safety quality control inspections and workplace safety / security hazards.
• Provides strong customer service to residents.
• Manages day to day activity of the construction projects in coordination with the Housing Development Department.
• Prior to opening of Renewal Village, provides support to other CCH properties or housing developments as needed.
• Attends staff meetings of the Housing Development Department as needed.
• Attends and successfully completes Workshops and Educational Classes as assigned.
• Ensures site staff understand and know how to effectively use all property management software, personnel-related software, and instructs on proper use when necessary (for work order, purchasing and invoice processing, etc.)
• Responsible to be knowledgeable of Fair Housing,
• Monitors and documents security events, maintenance issues and problematic visitors.
• Maintains a work environment that is marked by respect for others; that values inclusiveness and builds workforce diversity;
and that fosters cooperation and teamwork.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Summary
• Previous experience in Customer Service Management role.
