At Columbia Sportswear, we are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. They will possess a comprehensive understanding of the full design process, from concept to completion, and be able to create outstanding visuals for our products and campaigns.The successful applicant for this role... will have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a graphic design role. They will be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong knowledge of the latest design trends and techniques. Our ideal candidate will be a keen problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills and a strong ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and passion for design who is a creative thinker and can bring fresh ideas to our creative team. Responsibilities:
Designing visual elements for products and campaigns in line with the company's corporate identity.
Collaborating with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and ideas.
Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to create design elements for various platforms.
Ensuring designs adhere to the latest design trends and techniques.
Developing graphic materials for print and digital platforms.
Analyzing and interpreting customer feedback and requirements to create user-friendly visuals.
Proofreading design materials for accuracy and quality.
Working with the marketing team to ensure designs align with their strategies.
Maintaining organized files and documents for design projects.
Staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
