Through eighteen professional master's degrees, courses for advancement and graduate school preparation, certificate programs, summer courses, high school programs, and a program for learning English as a second language, the School of Professional Studies transforms knowledge and understanding in service of the greater good.
Due to expanding enrollment, the School of Professional Studies’ M.S. in Information & Knowledge Strategy (IKNS) program is seeking scholars, practitioners, or industry professionals to teach our course Business Analytics (online, synchronous) starting in the 2025 spring term. Business Analytics is one of the core course requirements for IKNS students. The scope of the course is described here.

Class Days and Times
The class will meet online once a week (110 minutes) in the late afternoon or early evening, from mid January to late April. The weekday and exact time when the class will meet has yet to be decided and will be based both on student needs as well as instructor availability.
Columbia University SPS operates under a scholar-practitioner faculty model, which enables students to learn from faculty that have outstanding academic training as well as a record of accomplishment as practitioners in an applied industry setting.
Requirements
Salary: $15,000 – $17,000 per semester-length course teaching.
