Manage and retain existing customer accounts by building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Drive sales to meet and exceed company goals, including upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, as well as the telecommunications industry as a whole.
Act as a brand ambassador for Comcast, promoting our company's values and mission to customers.
Utilize effective communication and sales techniques to effectively communicate product and service offerings to customers.
Continuously evaluate and improve customer retention and sales strategies to meet changing market trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, while also demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
